	Applicant’s birth certificate (with photo)
	Applicant’s highest educational certificates
	Applicant’s academic transcripts

4.  * Applicant’s or parents’ bank statement account - minimum about S$50,000 deposit for 6 months

5.  * Parents’ employment certificate form in English issued by employer certifying the position, income and job responsibilities.

6.  * Student’s personal resume and study plan

7.  Ten passport sized photographs

8.   Application & registration fee: S$300

9.  Standard Student Contract (ESCROW) with applicant/parents’ signature

10.  Photocopy of Passport

11.  * Applicant’s work experience certificate - employer’s original letter in English certifying the position,  income and job responsibilities of the applicant (if applicable)

Note:  * these documents are not necessary for the applicants from the countries which do not require an entry visa to visit Singapore

  Tuition Fees

Note:       

 1) Acceptable payments include:  Cash, Cheque, Telegraphic Transfer [TT].
                 2) Acceptable currencies include: Singapore Dollars, China Currency. Exchange rates of RMB and

      SGD will based on the day of payment.

                 3) All the above fees are inclusive of GST 7%.

                 4) Accommodation Expenses: S$200 X 12 months = S$ 2,400 for 5 persons sharing room;

                 5) Food Expenses: S$12 per day X 304 days = S$ 3,648, (There are two months holidays per year)

Where the student withdraws from the course, FYIT will refund the tuition fee according to the following policy:
